Refunds
Short version: if Pro doesn’t work for your labels, email us within 14 days and we’ll refund you.
Our promise
LabelFixy Pro is a one-off purchase. If it doesn’t work with the labels you print, email hello@labelfixy.com within 14 days of buying. Tell us which marketplace or courier the labels come from. Please don’t send the label itself; it has someone’s address on it.
We’ll try to fix it. If we can’t, or you’d rather not wait, we’ll refund you in full.
After 14 days, refunds are up to us. Ask anyway: a human reads every email.
How refunds work
Refunds go back to the card or account you paid with, through Stripe. Depending on your bank, the money can take 5 to 10 business days to show up.
Once a purchase is refunded, Pro switches off and LabelFixy goes back to the free version on your devices.
Cancelling in the UK and EU
Normally you have 14 days to cancel an online purchase. Pro is digital content you get straight away, so at checkout you ask for immediate access and agree that you lose that right to cancel once Pro has been delivered, which is as soon as you can sign in.
That doesn’t change our 14-day refund promise above.

Nothing on this page affects your rights under consumer law, including if Pro is faulty or not as described.
