Terms of service

These terms are between you and Not Corporate Software LLC, a company registered in Wyoming, USA (“we”, “us”). By using LabelFixy or buying Pro, you agree to them.

What LabelFixy does

LabelFixy turns shipping-label PDFs that come as A4 or Letter pages into 4×6 (100×150mm) pages for label printers. It runs in your web browser; your labels aren’t uploaded. See our privacy policy.

The free version makes 3 labels a day, from the first page of one PDF at a time. Pro is a paid upgrade; what it includes is listed on our pricing.

Buying Pro

• Pro is a one-off payment, not a subscription. The price is in US dollars and shown before you pay. Tax may be added at checkout, depending on where you live.
• Stripe processes the payment. Your purchase is tied to the email you use at checkout. Sign in with that email to unlock Pro.
• Pro is for you and your own selling. You can use it on your own computers. Please don’t share your sign-in or resell access. Each copy of Pro is marked with the buyer’s email.

Immediate access and your right to cancel

Pro is digital content you get straight away. If you’re in the UK or EU, by completing checkout you ask for immediate access and agree that you lose your 14-day right to cancel once Pro has been delivered, which is as soon as you can sign in. This doesn’t affect our refund promise or your rights if Pro is faulty.

Check your labels before you ship

LabelFixy is a tool, and you’re responsible for what you print and send. Before you ship a parcel, check that each label is complete and the right way up, and that its barcode scans. Print at Actual size.

We can’t promise that every marketplace, courier or carrier will accept every label made this way. We’re not responsible for parcels that are delayed, returned, rejected or charged extra because of a label.

Hub labels, tracking numbers and references

Pro’s “Needs matching” flags, tracking numbers and reference stamps are worked out automatically from the label. They’re there to help, and they can be wrong. Double-check them before you rely on them.

Fair use

Don’t try to break, overload or get around the sign-in system, and don’t use LabelFixy for anything unlawful.

Changes and availability

We may improve or change LabelFixy over time. If we ever decide to stop running it, we’ll give at least 30 days’ notice on the site.

No guarantees

We work hard to make LabelFixy reliable, but it’s provided “as is” and “as available”, without any warranties except those the law requires.

Limit of liability

As far as the law allows, our total liability to you is limited to what you paid us for Pro in the 12 months before the claim, or US$10 if you only use the free version. We’re not liable for indirect losses such as lost sales, lost profit or postage costs.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that can’t legally be limited, such as for fraud, or for death or personal injury caused by negligence. Nothing in them affects your rights as a consumer.

Other companies’ names

Vinted, eBay, Etsy, Depop, Royal Mail, Evri, InPost, USPS, UPS and FedEx are trademarks of their owners. We mention them only to say which labels LabelFixy works with. LabelFixy isn’t affiliated with or endorsed by any of them.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms; the date at the top shows when. Changes never take away anything you’ve already paid for.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA. If you’re a consumer in the UK, EU or elsewhere, you keep the protection of your local consumer laws and can bring a claim in your local courts.
